Step outside the noise and give important questions room to breathe.
An intimate identity & career workshop
The Next
Aligned Career Move
Create intentional space for your next professional identity to form—with curiosity, clarity and the courage to move before urgency decides for you.
01 — Why now
The best time to ask “What’s next?” isn’t when you desperately need an answer.
Experienced professionals rarely lack capability. What they often lack is protected space: away from delivery, performance and the pressure to make the “logical” move.
When a proven success formula no longer feels like enough, self-compassion helps transform “What is wrong with me?” into a more generative question: “What is trying to be created through me in this chapter?”
02 — Claim the time
Your career deserves your best energy—not whatever is left at the end of the day.
This workshop takes place in the heart of the working day on purpose. It creates two and a half protected hours to reflect, experience and think about what matters—away from the noise of delivery and without any screaming urgency.
Yes, claiming those hours can feel like a daring act. But meaningful opportunities rarely appear in a convenient gap in the calendar. They are created by people willing to make room for themselves, their vision and their next chapter.
Reconnect with your values, unique talents and what matters now.
Give yourself permission to imagine—and create—a career that fits your next chapter.
03 — What we’ll explore
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need better questions.
The identity you have proven
Notice which professional labels, expectations and definitions of success are still shaping your choices—and which may no longer fit as they once did.
The possibilities you edit out
Listen with curiosity to new motivations, emotions and body awareness—and to less familiar possibilities before your analytical mind dismisses them as unrealistic.
The next intelligent experiment
Consider the people, environments and small actions that can help you learn through experience—without demanding certainty or a dramatic transition.
04 — What you will carry with you
Pause. Listen.
Write. Commit.
In the final 30 minutes, you will write on beautiful artisanal paper: turning thoughts that normally remain abstract into the beginning of a vision you can revisit and develop through the end of 2026.
Your words become a physical reminder of the time and possibility you claimed for yourself.
- ✦ A written vision for what you want to create
- ✦ Clarity about what energises you and what no longer fits
- ✦ Personal and professional opportunities worth exploring
- ✦ A few meaningful experiments and intentional commitments
- ✦ The support you need to keep moving
- ✦ New connections—and the possibility of an accountability partner
- ✦ A 45-minute group follow-up call within 30 days to revisit your commitments (October date to be confirmed)
05 — Is this for you?
This room is for you if...
✓ You are an experienced professional whose career has been built on knowledge, accuracy and competence—but sense the next chapter cannot simply be more of the same.
✓ You are successful, perhaps still widely praised, yet know deeply that something no longer feels sufficient or alive.
✓ You are not necessarily ready to leave your role, but want to explore what could bring greater spark, purpose and fulfilment to your work and life.
✓ You value thoughtful questions, honest reflection and practical experimentation over generic career advice.
✓ You want a professional direction that fits your strengths, values and current life—not only your CV or the formula that brought past success.
06 — A confidential, co-created space
You decide what remains on the page—and what is spoken out loud.
Respect for privacy and confidentiality is expected from everyone in the room. You will never be forced towards an outcome, a disclosure or a statement you are not ready or comfortable to share.
The workshop is interactive, but each participant can work individually on their own reflections and plan. Sharing is always optional—and gently encouraged, because hearing ourselves speak can reveal something new. This may be the first time you give words to thoughts you have carried silently for a long time.
07 — Why commitment comes first
Do not wait for the invitation
to become committed.
A new job, collaboration or opportunity may eventually provide the visible invitation. But the inner commitment begins before it arrives. When you understand yourself more fully, you can spend less time in friction and more time experimenting, creating, connecting and sharing—until the next crafted version of you becomes visible.
