Booking Terms
These terms apply when you book a place for The Next Aligned Career Move. Please read them before completing payment.

Group size: maximum 8 participants
3. Price and what is included
The ticket price is €165, VAT included. It includes the in-person workshop, the workshop writing materials including artisanal paper, and one 45-minute group follow-up call held within 30 days after the workshop. The follow-up call will take place in October 2026; its date and joining details will be confirmed separately.
Lunch is optional and is not included in the ticket price. It must be paid separately. Interest in joining lunch, together with the practical details and price, will be confirmed closer to the workshop date.
4. Booking confirmation
Your place is confirmed after successful payment through Stripe. Please provide an accurate email address during checkout so that workshop information and any payment confirmation can reach you.
5. Participant cancellations
If you cancel more than 20 calendar days before the workshop, you will receive a refund of €130. The remaining €35 is retained as an administration fee.
If you cancel 20 calendar days or fewer before the workshop, the ticket is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, email ana@daretoembracechange.lu.
6. Transferring your place
You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please email the replacement participant’s name, email address and professional role to ana@daretoembracechange.lu as soon as possible before the workshop.
7. If the organiser cancels or postpones
If the organiser cancels the workshop, the ticket price will be refunded in full. If the workshop is postponed, you may accept the new date or request a full refund. The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, lunch or other costs incurred in connection with attendance.
8. Participation and confidentiality
The workshop is a confidential, co-created space. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information shared in the room. Sharing is optional, and no participant will be required to disclose something they are not comfortable sharing.
9. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or another mandatory right applies, it takes precedence over the cancellation schedule above.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without affecting mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law.
